Agreement and operator

Repeatt is operated by Shivarth Softtech ("Repeatt", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Repeatt, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Repeatt for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. If you cannot legally agree to these terms, you may use Repeatt only through a parent, guardian, or other person authorised to act for you.

What Repeatt provides

Repeatt is a loyalty and customer-retention platform for physical businesses. It lets merchants configure stamp or points programmes, rewards, campaigns, challenges, scratch cards, bill-based rewards, communications, customer insights, and outlet operations. Customers can check in, build balances, claim or receive rewards, share eligible rewards, and view their activity. Repeatt is not a bank, stored-value wallet, payment processor, marketplace for the merchant's goods, or point-of-sale system.

Participating merchants are independent businesses. They, not Repeatt, sell and provide their products or services and decide the commercial terms, stock, availability, fulfilment, and legality of their offers. Repeatt supplies the software and programme records but is not a party to an underlying purchase between a merchant and customer.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate information, keep credentials and OTPs confidential, secure the devices used to access Repeatt, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Customer accounts use a verified mobile number. Merchant owners and team members may use password or invite-based access and must use only the permissions and outlets assigned to them. An owner is responsible for invited team members, role design, and promptly removing access that is no longer required.

A new customer account currently requires agreement to receive Repeatt account and service updates through WhatsApp at the registered number. Merchant marketing choices and push-notification permissions are separate and can be managed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for accurately configuring and honouring their programme, including earning rates, bill tiers, eligibility, participating outlets, reward content, validity, redemption rules, closures, and any replacements or extensions. Merchants must ensure their offers, customer communications, uploaded content, staff access, and use of customer information comply with applicable consumer, marketing, employment, privacy, tax, and sector-specific laws.

A merchant must have the right to upload receipts, proof-of-purchase documents, logos, menus, and other content; must review check-ins, bill amounts, extracted receipt items, redemptions, and corrections honestly; and must not use AI suggestions or Repeatt reports as a substitute for its own judgement. Merchants must provide customers with any programme-specific terms not fully shown in Repeatt and handle fulfilment questions or disputes about the merchant's goods, services, or offers.

Customer check-ins, balances, and rewards

A check-in may require scanning an outlet QR code, precise-location verification, merchant approval, a receipt or other evidence, and fraud or cooldown checks. A submitted check-in is not final until approved. Merchant staff can reject a request or correct a recorded visit where the product permits, and corresponding balances may be adjusted through the loyalty ledger.

Stamps, points, scratch cards, and rewards are promotional programme benefits. Unless a merchant expressly states otherwise, they have no cash value, are not transferable outside Repeatt, cannot be sold, and are subject to the terms displayed when earned, claimed, shared, or redeemed. Availability may be limited by brand, outlet, date, status, stock, or other stated conditions. Issued reward terms and programme history are recorded in Repeatt, but the participating merchant remains responsible for fulfilment.

When points are used to claim a reward, the displayed points are deducted after confirmation. Points are not refunded merely because the issued reward later expires. A shared reward is unavailable to the sender while transfer is pending and changes holder only when accepted. Deleting a customer account permanently forfeits active balances and unused rewards, cancels pending shares, and cannot be undone.

AI-assisted features

Repeatt may use AI to suggest receipt totals and items, summarise customer or outlet patterns, and propose loyalty actions. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. It is advisory only: authorised merchant staff must review receipt suggestions, decide whether to approve activity, and choose whether to accept or send any recommendation. Do not rely on AI output for legal, financial, employment, health, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Repeatt to break the law; deceive or harass anyone; send spam or unlawful marketing; collect or expose data without authority; manipulate visits, bills, balances, rewards, or referrals; impersonate another person; probe or bypass access controls; introduce malicious code; scrape the service; overload it; reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits; or use another person's account or OTP. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unrelated to a legitimate Repeatt workflow.

We may investigate suspected misuse, reject or reverse fraudulent activity, remove unlawful content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate an account or merchant workspace when reasonably necessary to protect users, merchants, Repeatt, or the integrity of a loyalty programme.

Merchant plans and payment

The current product does not process customer purchases or merchant subscription payments inside Repeatt. Public plan descriptions and prices are informational until a merchant accepts a separate order, proposal, invoice, or other commercial arrangement. That commercial document controls fees, taxes, plan limits, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and refunds if it conflicts with this section. Rewards are funded and fulfilled by the merchant and are not a payment from Repeatt.

Your content and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Repeatt a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, display, transmit, resize, and analyse that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.

Repeatt's software, branding, interface, documentation, and original content are owned by Shivarth Softtech or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

Availability, changes, and third parties

We aim to keep Repeatt available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may depend on internet access, device permissions, merchant configuration, and providers such as mapping, file storage, messaging, push, email, crash reporting, and AI services. We may maintain, secure, update, add, limit, or discontinue features, and may change provider integrations. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption and to give appropriate notice of material changes.

Suspension, closure, and deletion

Customers can delete their account from Profile after OTP verification. The deletion effects, including pseudonymous records that remain for ledger integrity, are described in the Privacy Policy. A merchant may ask us to deactivate or erase its workspace through an authorised process. Deactivation stops merchant access without immediately deleting records; permanent company erasure removes company-scoped records and stored files, subject to limited platform records we must keep for security, proof of erasure, disputes, or law.

Ending access does not cancel obligations or rights that arose earlier. Provisions concerning ownership, programme records, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that logically need to survive will continue after termination.

Disclaimers and liability

Repeatt is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee a merchant's products, services, stock, offers, fulfilment, business results, customer retention, or the accuracy of AI-generated output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shivarth Softtech and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from Repeatt. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable consumer law gives a person.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other jurisdiction required by law, the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as Repeatt changes. We will post the revised terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
